Hi everyone

Just a couple of questions.

1. What happens to my payments on any loan once my PPI claim has gone through. If I am successful, will my loan payment come down?

2. Should I think about getting a separate payment protection policy independent of any loans I have?

Hi Vanessa

Once resolved, they should to what I am aware of reduce your loan repayments, as if you had no ppi, so basically put you back in the position as if no ppi.

Its best to be protected in my opinion, and you can do this by purshasing a stand alone protection, it should work out cheaper than the banks very own, but make sure it suits all your requirements.
