Help with UCAS application form.

Options
I'm in the process of completing my UCAS application form, and I'm slightly confused. Can anyone help with what I put as the fee code? I will be applying for a student loan and the course (if I get accepted) comes with a bursary.

One another question, I'm a mature student and have been employed with the same company for years. Would I get my current line manager to write my reference?

Thank you for any help you can give me.

As a mature student you might be best applying direct to universities? (I would look into it anyway). I think UCAS is aimed at your A level completers just leaving 6th form or college. Also if you have a good level of industry experience sometimes that can count for you and allow you to take a more advanced course.

I am a mature student and just applied direct to the uni. I did not go through UCAS at all.
  • im a mature student and applied through UCAS, very straightforward.

I done a course for mature students in college and got my tutor to do my reference, but a friend got her employer to fill it in for her.

Best of Luck with it all x
  • Thank you for the replies. I will also contact the uni to see if I can apply straight to them, that didn't occur to me at all.
