The first valid entry drawn from all entries will win a snowboarding holiday package for 4 people including: return flights from London, airport taxes & fuel surcharges, airport transfers in France, 7 nights’ accommodation at the Gustavia Hotel 3*, continental breakfast buffet each morning, 3-course evening meal each night, full area lift pass for each person, 6 x 2 hour snowboarding lessons for each person (beginner/intermediate), ATOL & ABTA travel bonding protection; holiday is valid for travel from December 2011 – the end of 7th April 2012 excluding Christmas, New Year, February half term and Easter.
   PLUS snowboarding gear for 4 people including: 4 x Snowboards, 4 x Snowboard Jackets & Trousers, 4 x Boots & Bindings and 4 x Goggles, PLUS 4 standard tickets to the 2011 Freeze Festival in Battersea Park, London on Friday 28th and Saturday 29th October 2011 (travel and personal expenses are not included).
   The next 20 valid entries drawn from all remaining entries will each win a pair of standard tickets to the 2011 Freeze Festival in Battersea Park, London on Friday 28th and Saturday 29th October 2011. Travel and personal expenses are not included.
8. The prize draw will take place on 19/09/2011. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winners will be notified by phone within 28 days of the draw date. Winners will be prompted to respond with their full name and address (including post code) within 48hrs of receiving the Promoter’s text. If no response is received within this time frame, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve draw drawn at the same time as the original.
10. In the event of an entrant’s mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number. For all draws, the winner will be the owner of the mobile phone that the text entry has been sent to or the owner of the email address from which the winning email entry was sent.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control. No other individual is eligible to claim the prize.
12. Prize winners’ names and counties will be made available by visiting https://www.winnersgallery.co.uk or https://www.nisalocally.co.uk and will be available for a three month period.
13. All valid entries will receive a bounce-back text message within 24 hours as confirmation of entry into the prize draw. This may take longer due to operator traffic which is beyond the Promoter’s control. The Promoter pays the cost of the Promoter’s acknowledgement.
14. No cash or other alternatives in whole or part substitution of the specified prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
15. Prize winners may be asked to participate in publicity.
16. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any entries that fail to be included in the draw for any reason whatsoever.
17. It is the winner’s responsibility to make sure that they can attend and arrange suitable transportation to the festival. The Promoter is not responsible if the event is postponed or cancelled.
18. Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in the promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
