An email i nearly sent to a new home builder... but wimped out...

I penned the below email this morning and wimped out of sending it. I thought i'd share with you just how i feel about new houses at the moment, because i'm doing my own head in, sitting here tapping away in a silent bundle of rage.
Good morning,
Yesterday my husband and i went to see the new homes being built in Senora Fields, sittingbounrne. I believe Abbey Homes have named their part of the estate "Watling Place".
I would like to start by saying that the sales lady in the show home was brilliant, very helpful and informative, and doing a grand job considering what she had to work with.
We were surprised and dissapointed with the houses. We looked in particular at the three bed show home, the "Rushdon" i believe, as we are looking to move to a three bed property.
The lay out of this house is seriously ridiculous, and a very poor use of space. The small bedroom shouldn't even be marketed as a bedroom it's so tiny. It's all very well putting a single bed in there, but where would the poor person sleeping in there put their clothes? More to the point, where would anyone? The second bedroom has a lovely double bed in it - and a wardrobe designed for people with narrow shoulders, but not really enough room for a decent sized wardrobe and chest of drawers. The master bedroom was equally daft - where would we put our clothes? I wouldn't say that we have a great deal of belongings, in fact we're currently living in a tiny one bedroom flat, so i know we don't. The ensuite is totally unnecassary, and a complete waste of space. A house this size does not need three toilets, and wouldn't need a seperate shower if the main bathroom wasn't so poorly laid out. Why would anyone but the bath that way around? With that enormous over-sized window-sill, you cannot put up a proper shower. It the bath was around the other way, with the sink under the window, you could put in a proper shower in the bath.
I would really love to know why housing companies continue to build such daft "family" houses with postage stamp sized gardens. Do your house desingers not live in the real world? Or perhaps they don't have a change of clothes?

I'm seriously sick to death of new home companies building tiny houses that no one can afford to buy, when our town centre is full of boarded up houses. Why is no one doing anything about it?
They have thrown these houses up so quickly, it's scary. All concrete stairs too which surprised me, i thoguht they were wooden!saving up another deposit as we've lost all our equity.

But do read it through carefully and try to eliminate the spelling mistakes etc.;)0 -
Downstairs looks stupid also. A small kitchen with a large lounge/ dining room is weird surely the kitchen and dining room should be combined.0
