It should be heating the lot. Call in a plumber and have the pipework checked out. It is possible you have a motorised valve which isn't working.0

Looking at the spec for the Sunvic 107XL programmer it is a single channel unit and only controls the heating, you must have some other means of heating the water.
Do you have a combi or ordinary boiler and what do you mean by oil heating radiators?0 -

OP means that she has an oil fired CH system.0 -
She means she has oil, heating radiators. Simple lack of a comma.
Simple confusion, unlike this post which with a bit of research about the programmer before posting would not have resulted in giving incorrect advice which could cost the OP money. It should be heating the lot. I'm quite sure a plumber would have identified this problem. I had a similar issue with my OFCH/CFCH dual system and called in a plumber to ask his advice. It resulted in a much better understanding of the system and cost me nothing.
Advice from a professional on the ground is always good.0 -

The OP asked why the heater was not heating the water, a simple check gave the reason why.
This is a money saving forum, calling in a plumber to check something because of incorrect advice given by someone on an internet forum is going to cost the OP unnecessary costs, plumbers are not cheap nowadays, no advice is better than wrong advice.0 -

It wasn't wrong advice. It was good advice and well intentioned. I suggest you leave it at that. The forums aren't a place for argument. You've said your piece and I've said mine. End of.0
