You're paying £88 per month in fees for using it, which is over £1000 per year. If you weren't going on holiday then you could hopefully pay off the overdraft (or at least get to the point where you don't keep dipping into the personal reserve).

It's too late to cancel it now though as it is all paid for (it was one of those Sun £9.50 holidays so seemed a good bargain at the time)0 -
