Hi all,
Received a letter at the back end of last week whilst I was away.
MBNA have agreed to uphold my claim and are sending me a cheque for £2598.12 for PPI policy I did not need or indeed request when I applied for the credit card (5 years ago now).
had the credit card for 3 years, credit limit eventually increased to £7500.00 and was maxed before I paid it off 2 years ago. PPI was added whilst I was already in the agreement.
Yippeee!!!!!!!:T
