paid £507.16 ppi from 2005 - 2007 APR 18.9%

paid £200.48 ppi from 2007 - 2008 APR 0%

EGG Card
paid £221.46 ppi from 2007 APR 0%

HSBC Loan
paid £857.21 ppi from 2006 - 2007 APR 11.9% (RECEIVED REFUND ON PPI £679.59)

HSBC Loan
paid £2365.52 ppi from 2007 - date APR 11.9% (LOAN STILL RUNNING TILL MAR 12)

EGG Card
paid £258.81 ppi from 2003 - 2005 APR 14%

Its impossible to give an amount as interest is dependant on when PPI premium was paid. You also have a mixture of monthly PPI and single premium PPI.
