Got to admit I have looked through a few previous OP posts and thought :eek: at a few and :rotfl:at others.
Sadly though, there are people ignorant and short-sighted enough to think his money making plans (buying crude oil was was I remember), might be worth the punt. By replying to the contrary, atleast we are putting genuinely misguided individuals right incase they feel its a good idea too!0 -

Can be done, if you take it steadily. Depending on finding the right tenants and the correct area, 3 bed £100K houses can yield £650+ a month near me....more than covering a BTL repayment mortgage of say £420 a month (on £75K). The only problem is when interest rates rise in a couple of years.0
