Why are you all feeding this troll?

read some of his posts. So far he has advocated benefit fraud, false accounting, and car 'ringing'.

He also claims to have over half a million pounds in assets, yet does not work. Something very odd.

Got to admit I have looked through a few previous OP posts and thought  at a few and :rotfl:at others.

Sadly though, there are people ignorant and short-sighted enough to think his money making plans (buying crude oil was was I remember), might be worth the punt. By replying to the contrary, atleast we are putting genuinely misguided individuals right incase they feel its a good idea too!

    Is it the school holidays?

    Oh yes, it is!
  • Can be done, if you take it steadily. Depending on finding the right tenants and the correct area, 3 bed £100K houses can yield £650+ a month near me....more than covering a BTL repayment mortgage of say £420 a month (on £75K). The only problem is when interest rates rise in a couple of years.
