Forum for Toshiba Satellite S3000-X11

Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a forum for a relative beginner to go to sort out problems with a Toshiba Satellite S3000-X11?
I sold this laptop on eBay a week or so ago and before I did so I cleared the hard drive. Now, when the new owner tries to install her new software via CD it doesn't allow her to install anything and now it can't play DVDs. I suspect when I deleted some programs I may have deleted something I shouldnt' have!

Check the program has been unistalled correctly. What errors does it come up with that would help!
Also it could be a problem with windows installer?0 -
