Revamping Bathroom - Toilet plumbing advice need please

I have moved into a place with a very small bathroom and an enormous corner bath. I am trying to revamp it as cheaply as possible.

The lino has been laid on a very rough concrete floor, ruining the lino (need to use self levelling compound on the concrete to smooth it out etc).

The corner bath takes up nearly 2/3 of the floor space in this small bathroom, I am in the process of purchasing a straight bath.

The other thing I'd like to do is turn the toilet 90% around and move it to the back wall, so removing the need for the boxing in and making it a more logical bathroom layout. However the soil pipe starts 36cm away from the back wall and is pointing in the wrong direction lol! Is there anything I can do to enable me to reposition the toilet so its against the back wall without getting into removing concrete and relaying soil pipes lol.
