anyone got composite decking

just starting to research this as i know nothing about it.i was thinking about putting some down in the garden untill i got a price (£50 per 6m lenght) so now im not so sure.so after someone telling me it will last for years,dont fade,maintaince free i had quick look but from what iv read sofar it aint all that!

    Wooden decking will do all that as long as you maintain it (paint it once a year)
  • I'm thinking about this too and would like some actual feedback from satisfied (or otherwise) customers. It looks as though it is about three times the price of wooden decking for the materials alone but fitting should be about the same. If anyone has installed it I'd love to know your opinion. The main thing that attracts me is the lack of maintenance required, I'd love to know if this is the case in reality.
