Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary – free prize draw.
2. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
3. The prize draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents excluding employees of Tourism South East, Wightlink, Snappy Snaps Franchises Ltd and any associated agencies.
4. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
5. Only one entry per household.
6. The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight 26th August 2011.
7. The winner will be selected in a random draw by 6th September 2011.
8. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner will be notified by 23rd September 2011. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Tourism South East reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
10. The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Tourism South East, 40 Chamberlayne Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 5JH.
11. Entries are to be submitted by completing the registration form on https://www.snappysnaps.co.uk
12. The prize comprises: Return ferry travel to the Isle of Wight with Wightlink (from Portsmouth or Lymington) for a car and four passengers, three nights accommodation for four at Niton Barns and family tickets to three local attractions.
13. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (e.g. telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) (c) Travel to and from the destination with the exception of ferry travel (d) Any personal expenses and spending money.
14. The prize is subject to availability and to the following conditions: (a) The prize must be redeemed by 31st March 2012 (b) Accommodation at Niton Barns is based on three nights and will comprise of a two-bedroom self-catering barn (c) Accommodation and ferry transport is subject to availability and excludes the Christmas period, time exclusions will apply on ferry travel on peak dates (d) The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes. (e) There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable and non negotiable. (f) The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Wight Link and Niton Barns.
15. By ticking the relevant opt in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Tourism South East reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
17. No responsibility will be accepted by Tourism South East for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
18. There is no cash alternative.
19. The prize is non transferable and non refundable.
20. Promoter's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.
21. By taking part in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize. Promoters reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged after posting.
22. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition
23. Any personal data submitted to the Promoter for the purposes of entering the Promotion will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Where applicable, the Promoter shall be entitled to give your name and address to the Prize Provider.
24. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to advise of any changes to the Promotion but reserves the right to cancel, discontinue, amend or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this prize draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize, or any damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this promotion. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
26. These Terms and Conditions including any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in London.
27. If any provision in Agreement and these Terms and Conditions are found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force.
