recently bought a house solely in my name, now me & my better half splitting up and she says she wants no claim to the house,
is it possible to get a lawyer to sort this out before i go putting a lot of money into the house repairs

I would have thought that this sort of thing would be dealt with as part of the divorce process. In view of which I would delay investing large sums in the property in the short term, just in case she changes her mind or has it changed for her.0
