Windows XP Media Centre - HELP!

Hi,
Just been playing around on my new PC and i have spotted a problem. Whenever i come out of the Media Centre program the screen goes all blury and you have to restart the pc to get it back to normal.
HELP PLEASE!

Does anyone think it may be the Monitor, or could it be the graphics card?
