Virgin Life Insurance - Free Olympus C160 camera

Virgin Money have just announced an offer where new Life insurance customers will receive a free olympus Digital Camera upon reciept of their first premium.

As I can get simple cover for $6/mth, I'm assuming that I can pay my first £6, get my free camera, and then cancel my insurance!

or can I??

any ideas? as the Virgin site tells me VERY little.

Yes I received the £6 DVD player - it is advertised on one internet site at £39.99.

They have sent an email yesterday offering an olympus digital camera.

I have sent in my internet application and look forward to my £6 digital camera.

Just cancel the Direct Debit after it has been taken the first time.

Seems I filled out a survey with them at some time or other!

Thanks. I've moved the thread over to the insurance board, as you do have to take out the policy (and pay the premiums) to qualify for the freebie.

Lots of the older posts were deleted a few months ago, to help improve the site speed. This has now affected people's post count and, consequently, their status as 'newbies' or 'not so newbies' etc.

Have a look around the 'This site: Questions and Suggestions' board for more information about the changes and about the new software. (It will also tell you how to change your signature because I can't remember! )
