My pc keeps getting a box popping up with this message from microsoft microsoft network inspection system has stopped working. then i get the option to either Close or find a solution to fix it.
When i press find a solution to fix it the box shuts. Can any one please tell me what this means ? I have done google search but can't find an answer that tells me exactly what it means. Thank you.

Run a scan with these if you have them, or click to download the latest version, check they are updated before running
http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
http://www.filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/
If they do not find anything, or do but the error message still shows
Download this and post the log from it, without removing anything

Sorry late in getting back. I can run HijackThis but it doesn't save it i get this popping up.
For some reason your system denied write access to the Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file , HijackThis may NOT be able to fix this.
If that happens , you need to edit the file yourself. To do this , clickstart,Run and type:
notepadC:\\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
and press Enter. Find the line(s) HijackThis reports and delete them.
Save the file as 'Hosts,' (with quotes), and reboot.
For Vista: simply, exit HijackThis, right click on the HijackThis icon, choose 'Run as administerator'.
I am on Vista so i right click but i dont have 'Run as administerator' so can't do this.
I also downloaded Super antispyware and ran this found 123 Adware tracking cookies which i got rid and ran again later and it found nothing.
I also downloaded Avg this found nothing.
I have also downloaded Malware' bytes this found nothing.
Also scan with Microsoft Security Essentials found nothing. I had already got this on my pc.
I have these 4 all downloaded on my pc now.
Should i delete some ?.
Since doing all these scans the 'Microsoft Network Inspection System has stopped working as only been seen once.
I have also emailed microsoft asking them what the above means.
I am waiting to hear back from Microsoft.

From the same link I gave you
Problem: The forum won't let me post links
Solution: You can edit out the "http://" part. A quick way is to use the 'Replace' option from the Edit menu (CTRL H). Alternatively paste the log at http://pastebin.com, and then just write the last bit in the forum. For example for http://pastebin.com/UNidHPNP, just give the UNidHPNP bit.0 -
The Network Inspection System is part of MSE.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling MSE with the latest installer from here: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5201
Make sure you uninstall AVG and any other antivirusd software you may have installed first.0 -
Use the AVG Remover a few times as well: http://www.avg.com/gb-en/utilities
There's 32-bit and 64-bit available - if you're not sure which, we can advise after the log is posted. Alternatively, go to Control Panel > System, then look at the 'System Type'.
Waddler's advice will likely fix the problem.0
