Indeed - Throw in the assault and 'poison pen' emails and you have to wonder why people give HR a bad name...
you are some clown who if not working in hr would be just as useful to society on the dole. but ive wasted 30 minutes of my time amusing myself talking to you so please carry on.0 -
ok semantics aside, yes in the civil court, but i dont think it will become necessary. theyve already essentially admitted wrong doing.
Well that's one take on it.
I suppose at least one good thing has come out of this post . I know not to employ any HR staff who have worked at the post office - perhaps unfair on others but I feel the risk is far too high!Go round the green binbags. Turn right at the mouldy George Elliot, forward, forward, and turn left....at the dead badger0 -

Errm, you are aware of how you are coming across in this and other threads? If not, get someone you trust to read them and give an honest opinion. Not good I can assure you.0 -

Oh please...
....Though you have very nearly convinced me to send this link to my friend who worked in HR at the PO until last year - sure her ex colleagues will be extremely interested.

but then people in hr, dont really rat on each other do they..............0 -
Oh dear.
How you come across is someone who cant accept they have done wrong, been sacked, somehow managed to get a very badly writted Compromise Agreement, lied at a job interview, cant accept once again they have done wrong, trying to wriggle and use a very limited knowledge of employment and contract law to try and shaft someone for something they have done (which was not covered by your original CA) correctly, giving people in need of help some very dodgy advice on another thread about how they would be entitled to redundancy or other pay offs. Comprehensive enough?
Not offended by your comments, just scared by the 'advice' you give people.0 -
