Hi guys,
I'm after a bit of advice again!
I bought a Lacoste polo shirt from JD Sports on the 24th June, i have only worn it once, and washed it once since it was purchased, but after washing (as per the label) it has shrunk length ways and gone mis-shapen. I wouldnt expect an item of clothing costing £45 plus to be such rubbish quality.
I still have the reciept for the item, so i was looking for advice on where i stand if i were to go into the store and ask for a refund/replacement.

What method did you use to dry it.0

I washed it on a 40 degree wash as per the instructions on the label, then let it air dry naturally.
I never put any of my clothes in a tumble dryer.0
