Still stuck on Scottish Powers Standard tariff....

....despite asking to change to their On line Energy Saver 14 on 1st August it still shows (and charges at) their Standard rate.....just sent them an e mail to which they replied saying they would take 5 days to sort it out......this sounds like a deliberate policy to keep people on their Standard tariff for as long as possible..( and perhaps miss the On line Energy Saver 14 deadline of 1st September).......ed:eek:

    Equally, or more likely, a consequece of the current market turmoil - not that that should be an excuse.

    If you "lose" simply raise a claim via the complaints procedure. Will take you "minutes". How much effort do you think it will take Scottish Power to investigate and respond? More likely they will "bung" you £20 "compo".
