Hey, recentely got a new freeview receiver(old one developed a habit of switching on and off and frezing all the time,) it is picking up more channels than before but one thing that is confusing me, There's some channels i've given up on receiving such as TMF and the Hits, sky sports news, although another TV in the house does get these i kow the aerial i'm connected to isn;t good enough...the confusing thing for me though is that i get film 4+1, a very strong, clear signal but i don't even pick up film 4 on a search at all...do these npot both come from the same place?

Film 4+1 is on MUX 2 and Film 4 is on MUX D. Although they most likely come from the same transmitter, it is likely that you are getting a lower signal strength from MUX D, possibly due to it being transmitted on a higher frequency. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
