Thank you for this. Have succeeded in getting 2 free tickets to print out at home but need to verify by confirming the last 4 digits of my 'phone no and I can't remember which one I gave ! Plus, you only get one chance to print out the tickets ! Cannot get through to Customer Services of See Tickets 'cos need last 4 digits of credit/debit card no - which I didn't give as the tickets were free ! Grrrrrrrr

If you have another email address to use, go to the site again using the same code and use a slightly different spelling on your name, any random phone number [as long as you remember the last four digits this time!] and you should get another opportunity. Have used this method before to secure more than 2 tickets ;-)
