Asda price guarantee works!!!!

It works but I cannot get the voucher because I haven't get a printer.

Why cant they send your voucher details to your mobile that would save time and money. I know I can go to the local library and get it printed of but then I have to pay £1.00 and the voucher is worth less than that so it's not worth me doing it.

Take your receipt into asda customer service desk and ask them to print it for you!

Thats what we are doing in the Asda I work at :)

The 'greeter' in my local Asda announces regularly over the PA system that she will show anyone who asks how the system works. She also says that if anyone hasn't got a computer whe will check and print the voucher for them! I assumed that this was Asda general policy - its easy to assume that everyone has computers/ printers etc. but many people, especially golden oldies, don't !

  • My library charges only 10p to get something printed out. You should query why yours is charging too much.

The non mobile phone thing is probably because it costs a lot in set up charges for them..

It's only some ASDA stores that have the ability to print out the vouchers on-site. The one where I work doesn't have a printer on the shop-floor, and the only computer is locked to the ASDA intranet, so we couldn't get on to the site anyway.
