Game and gamestation (and hmv i think) seal the games away, so if the seal is opened, it's clear the game has been used.
Because it's so easy to copy a game, they won't take it back if you've opened it, because there's no guarantee you aren't buying games, copying them, then returning them for a refund.0 -
