Which Agent Should I Go With?

My suggestion is look at each agent on Rigtmove and see how many properties each has got u nder offer or sold. If none then dont go with them.
Get a friend to phone each asking about buying a property like yours and judge how the enquiry was handled.0 -
Ognum I disagree some agents leave their sold properties on Rightmove forever just so it looks like they have lots of properties and having more properties doesnt mean they are a better agent it just means they dont sell them.
Definitley would not go with the agent that charges a withdrawal fee as it means they dont have to work hard. You do need a proactive agent. I would use an agent 8 miles away if they were a good agent.0 -

Yes, you are right about this but most dont remove the SSTC until they are sold, definately dont go with the one with the most properties, I was talking about number of properties to ssc ratio.0 -
I'd go for agent 1, I can say that I've been with all that fit your description....
Agent 3 was soooo enthusiastic but failed to do anything except ask me to reduce, reduce and reduce the price. And kept saying that to give them more time as they could sooo sell it! They didn't.
Agent 2 gave me few viewings and even then brought unsuitable buyers (selling a one bed flat- they bring someone wanting 2 bed).
Agent 1 worked in my favour, they were busy, and in more expensive area, so when they brought buyers to view my flat, it felt they were getting a bargain! And they sold in to the second person viewing.0
