Had confirmation this morning that all the documents have been sent to the land registry to update after the purchase of our freehold.
Could any legal bod's advise roughly how long the land registry would take to update the deeds?
We are hoping to complete on our house sale in the middle of September? Is this achievable?

Not sure if it has any relevance to your case but I do know someone who works in the Land Reg and they have told me before that, in their office, items have to be done on the day they are received.0
