1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter and employees of ASDA, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter simply complete the official entry form found in participating ASDA stores on the 13th August, at participating roadshow stores between 8th August and 19th September or in the August 2011 edition of the ASDA Magazine and send it to Lynx 'Win the Night of your Life, PO Box 7557, Derby, DE1 0NP. Alternatively, enter online at https://www.asda.com/lynxnight by filling in and submitting the official online entry form between 8th August 2011 and noon GMT on 19th September. 3. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 19th September 2011at 12 noon GMT. All valid entries received before the closing date will be entered into the promotion.
4. Promotion limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
5. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. No photocopies of the paper entries will be accepted.
6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
7. Main Prize: 3 Winners will each receive a bespoke Dream Ticket holiday to a maximum value of £5000.00. The trip is provided by Unmissable and its suppliers only and no discussion will be entered into with regards to prices found by the winner with other suppliers. The holiday will include transport for 2 people to a destination of the winners choice (from a list of those available with the Prize provider). The destination is subject to availability and budget restrictions apply. If the preferred option is not available an alternative will be offered. All parties wanting to travel must be over 18 and in possession of a fully valid UK passport. The holiday must be taken within a year of the prize winner being notified. Travel may not be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter or Bank Holidays. No spending money will be included as part of the prize & no cash alternative will be given. Should the winner choose a trip of a higher value than £5,000 winners will be required to pay any difference. It is the responsibility of those travelling to ensure they have correct documentation for travel including passports that are valid for at least 6 months from the date of return travel & adequate insurance. The Dream Ticket can only be used for one holiday. Transport to and from winners' places of residents to UK airports not included.

Runners up prizes for use in 2012 include; 100 x Samsung ES9 Digital Camera's of total value £6,200 and 6 x £1000 vouchers towards a choice of music or sporting events with Unmissable Ltd including the services of a personal event co-ordinator. Should the winner choose an event of a higher value they will need to pay the difference. The event value will be priced against Unmissable Ltd suppliers only and no discussion will be entered into with regards to prices found by the winner with other suppliers or on the internet. The prize must be taken within a year of the prize winner being notified. All events are strictly subject to availability and Unmissable cannot to be held responsible if the winners event choice becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control. No spending money will be included as part of the prize & no cash alternative will be given. Minimum age 18
9. The first 3 entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win the Main Prize. The next 104 entries drawn at random will each win a Runners up prize. The runners up prizes will be distributed to those drawn in the order set out at clause 8 above. For example, the first 2 runners up drawn will receive the cup final tickets, the next runner up drawn will win the awards tickets, the next entry will win the festival ticket and the next 100 entries drawn will receive the cameras. In the event of any dispute the decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Winners will be notified by telephone within 1 month of the closing date. To claim their prize Winners must respond within 7 working days of notification
12. In the instance of event based prizes, Winners must be able to attend the to claim their prize. No alternative will be provided.
13. If the prize is unclaimed within 7 working days, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
14. The Winners' details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to Lynx 'Win the Night of your Life', PO Box 10220, Sutton Coldfield, B76 1ZH, within ten weeks after the published closing date, enclosing a SAE.
15. The Winners may be required to participate in other publicity arising from this promotion.
16. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
17. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
