lloyds tsb ppi on credit card settlement incorrect

Hi I made a complaint 3 years ago re credit card ppi and they have only now agreed to settle .the original complaint was for 3 credit cards however they have only sent a settlement letter covering one of them. I have phoned them over a week ago and they found out that the other cards were detailed in the original complaint but they forgot to calculate the refund. They emailed the calculation team but they are not responding. I have emailed the CEO and had no response. What should I do now?

    Hi there

Keep emailing them, when you email the CEO, copy the email and sent it to the customer care team the same time.

So see if you hear from them by Monday first if you want to, but if you do contact them say you will be in touch with the FSA on this matter.
Although I know they are over-run with dealing with these complaints and have a backlog, but in regards of the offer you already received and you are just awaiting on the others to be resolved - its only a matter of them doing the calculations, keep at them, good luck.;)
