Just feel like a moan about British Gas Business. Last 3 quarters we have had estimated bills, Last 3 quarters we have sent amended readings and got the accepting emails. 3 weeks later, instead of getting revised bills we get the "Overdue Account" letter, pay up or its £50.00 extra. Just waiting for the excuses from the complaints dept then will look elsewhere.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
