Wondering if anyone can help, had a card with Morgan stanley yet I understand barclaycard took over I wrote to barclaycard who have no files of any accounts with them is there an address for Morgan Stanley I had the card still active in 2006 ?

Yes I would write/contact Morgan Stanley then in this case, although I am aware if they have been taken over then Barclaycard would have taken over the liabilities as well, however see if MS have any of your details first if you want to, but if you still have the account number and reasons for being mis sold, you can still continue to make the reclaim.
Many of us have been without paperwork, they somehow find it when making a complaint lol.

I am having trouble finding the contact details for these though, but if you call the FOS general customer free number in working hours they should I assume have the contact details, tell them you need to write to them but unable to find the contact address, good luck.
