POINTLESS FORUM!! No wonder so many of you have to save money if you waste it posting unhelpfull remarks!!

Perhaps you can consider Metrobank, if there is one near you (they are opening new branches). AFAIK their debit card is free to use overseas.
I'm afraid your profile just doesn't look good to a lender. You are on a relatively low income and it seems your employment history (and future) is unstable. So I doubt whether you will get any of the credit cards that are good for forex. If you want to "build" your record, then you might try something like Vanquis, but that won't fix the fundamentals of low income etc
I don't know anything about pre-pay cards.0 -
