I went via confused.com & got my car insurance. no details had changed except I now had 1 year no claims so that was all I amended.
As Simple are part of Norwich Union I went with them as it was a good price.
They have sent me all I need from them.
Except there have been 3 major mistakes on their part.
They have me as Prof not Mrs
The car as a diesil not petrol
My excess as £450 not £250.
The telephone number to call them on is a premium 50p per minute number.
its not my mistake & I am fuming.
What can I do????
Thanks
Lisa

Phone them and realise how they can afford to make prices so cheap - if the policy doesnt start for a week or two you could alternatively write to them.
There is lots of speculation if some insurers dont intentionally give "wrong" quotes back to the likes of confused/ the limitation of the likes of confused system and the rules they use to "get round it" arent intentional to make certain companies appear higher in the list. All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
