I asked on the vent forum and was told its in the T&C. Really annoying though as personally I don't want to use the site again (told the item had been dispatched, then two weeks later that they didn't have stock etc etc) but I have to as they have my money.0

I buy from https://www.thebookpeople.co.uk and have done for years - no problems at all, and if you spend over £25, P&P is free. They also have great warehouse sales a couple of times a year, if you live near St. Helens.0 -

I'm a big bookpeople fan too, their kids book collections make each book really cheap, and you can collect points too
