Just for a change this is in praise of a company.
I ordered something online & collected in store. About a week later I realised that I had ordered the wrong thing.
I phoned the head office, lovely girl spoke to the local shop, they had what I wanted in stock, so I could take them back to exchange them.
there was a mix up & they were put out on the shop floor & sold but more were ordered in.
I collected today & they were even carried out to my car.
Every member of staff who I spoke to were polite & helpful.
So thank you Wilkinson, brilliant customer service.
