I've used the Post Office online ordering system. They delivered next day by Special Delivery.

If I were buying on-line and paying before delivery I would stick with a major company such as a bank or the Post Office whichever has the better rate. Or major branches of Tesco/Sainsbury often have good rates.

I've also ordered from Travelex in advance to be collected at the airport - you geta better rate ordering in advance, as you get a rubbish rate if you just walk up and buy (it's the last minute desperate traveller rate !).
