Despite the lack of information from EDF during the switch from EON to EDF, no complaints re EON- I have to commend them on their promptness - I received a final bill not long after the electricity switch date and today my bank account has been credited with the EON overpayment, just 30 days after the switch date - much better than previous experiences with SP & Swalec!
WHY OR WHY DIDN'T THEY OFFER US A DECENT TARIFF WHEN FOL v8 FINISHED????:(

Aha .. I was just going to post to the long EDF switchover thread ....
I received a cheque from E.ON this morning! And it was correct!

As I've said elsewhere, if you ignore the on-line account fiasco, it all went rather well.
