Dunton Bootsale (Essex) Sundays/Bank holidays

Hi all,
I was thinking of doing a car boot sale this Sunday if the weathers ok. But also wondered what a typical bank holiday Dunton Bootsale is like? Is it a better idea (if weather ok) to wait till the end of August on bank holiday to do the car boot sale?
I know it can get quite busy on Sundays, so is bank holiday the same or better turn out wise?
Any thoughts and tips would be great as I've done boot sales before just not the Dunton one or big as the Dunton one. So your thoughts would be much appreciated.
