santander cards not responding

I have a Burton and Dorothy Perkins card and have sent two letters re missold ppi however they have not replied does anyone know if they have a contact
Number. Tried number on back of card who said they don't deal with complaints

How long ago did you send these letters?
Did you post by signed for/recorded delivery?

I would have thought you would have received a confirmation letter within a week of 2 of your complaint, and generally they have 8 weeks.
