Convert FLAC to MP3 AAC

I've got some FLAC music files however need to convert these to MP3 or AAC in order to play on my ipod.

dbPowerAmp. If you Google for version 10, it was the last free version before they starting charging for it.
Of the two AAC is superior in terms of quality but not support. I personally use neither and stick with Ogg Vorbis as it's open source and patent/royalty free. It's similar to AAC but open source. It's main problem though is support. The only way to use it with my iPod was to install Rockbox on it. I doubt I'll be buying Apple again though."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0
