Laptops are good and all, but sometimes a pda is just the thing to have on the move....so are there any good deals post christmas/new year, for a pda with built in WiFi and bluetooth?

Agreed. I wouldn't be without my Dell Axim x50v. I travel a lot and use the wifi feature extensively. It [WiFi] does, however, use a fair amount of battery power but this is easily overcome by getting a larger battery.

yikes i didnt know an entry level pda was going to be £250 with extended life battery.....

how about those around £150? no chance of wireless then?

RE the smart phones, i don't want to have my pda and phone running off one battery (although i guess you can say with the money saved i can buy a few spare batteries....)
