notice of dissolution intent

Hi

As a Claimant, the defendant owes me money. I have been awarded summary judgement and have issued a warrant of execution.

I have just received a notice of dissolution intent from the defendants representatives.

Is there anything I can do? It is alot of money which we really need.

Thanks

This might be one to take to a lawyer, even if you can get 30 mins steering for free (so they won't write a letter but can give you some guidance)?

They intend to dissolve the company, but I believe that may be preventable if they still show any trading activity or possibly debts. It may be worth keeping a close eye, as if they do not handle this properly, they may become personally liable as directors - but you should seek a real lawyer over this, not the half-baked memories of a forum poster like yours truly ;-)
