Personal Possessions Cover In Shared House

I am a recent graduate and whilst at uni and living in shared private accommodation my personal possessions were covered by my parents' insurance. Having graduated I am no longer covered by this policy so I’m looking for personal possessions insurance to cover me whilst living in a shared house. This cannot be an unusual situation, but the only insurers that I can find offering cover to tenants other than students in shared accommodation are Endsleigh and Saxon Insurance. I'm not convinced I'm getting the best rate with either of these, so does anyone know of any other insurers or comparison sites covering this?

Hi - Saxon and Endsleigh are 2 of the very few companies who would cover you.

The only other outfit who might cover you are cover4insurance.It's mainly aimed at students but the site does say they will cover graduates or students in halls or in rented accomodation.Their website seems to be playing up at the moment so try it later.

Cover is with Royal Sun Alliance.
