We are sorry to have to tell you that we have concerns about the playtents provided by our supplier, and have taken the decision to replace them with a better quality one.

Our concerns are due to the fact that, in a small number of the tents, sharp edges have become exposed in the frame. For us, the safety of your child is our prime concern and, although disappointing to your child, we must ask you to dispose of the tent you have received. We are taking urgent steps to get a replacement to you as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we would like to apologise to you and your child for the inconvenience and disappointment and would like to thank you for your understanding of this regrettable situation.

think they have emailed all the winners which is really nice of them. Looks like we will all be getting a better prize though.

Ive just received a tent - how do i know if its the replacement or if its a dodgy one?

I would say it is a dodgy one as I got a letter yesterday saying that mine had been stopped in transit and the new ones were not made yet.

Any tents received already or over the next couple of days (if you've not been home to receive the box in the post) should be disposed of. We will notify all winners when the replacement tents are sent out, so that you know to expect the replacement
