Right im 20 years old, work full time earning just under 900 a month. I live at home but i need to get out! Not sure i could afford it though, have about 6 or 7k tucked away, could get more with selling my motorbike if needed.

It entirely depends on where you live.
If you are that desperate to get out, you can rent. If you want to buy you will need more than £6/7k tucked away, so if you want to buy, you'll have to put up with living at home0 -

Ive not long come back from living in oz for a year, so dont think im close enough to my mates again to ask to move out with them, plus most of them are out at unis around the country0

Say i bought a 80k house, whats the deposit? 15%? Also what would be the monthly repayments?
I know this is a not very specific qustion but just to give me some idea, theres a chance i have a family member who would help me out if i could show all my working, and show i could do it.0 -
Go to a few banks websites, they have calculators on there to show how much they may lend you and example repayments.0
