returning shoes

Hi,
Just wondering, I bought a pair of shoes from a high street store, they were fine on the store but now one worn them today they are cutting my feet to pieces as the material round the seam is rough. It's caused blisters on my heels and both sides of my foot
Can I return them as faulty or is it tough and I just have to keep them?
Thanks

Are you wearing them without tights/socks, that might make a difference.
If you dont like tights/socks try some little footies.
Try rubbing the seams with some smooth sandpaper
I dont think you would be able to return them to be honestmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
They are not faulty ...they just don't suit the shape of your foot.... you will have to put this down to experience
Unfortunately this is not enough grounds to return them - you could try selling them on ebay?0 -
Thanks both, its what I had guessed. The shoes are ballerina style so meant to be worn without socks, ill yet and wear them in a bit.0

I'd say that if the stitching is rough they are faulty and I'd be inclined to return them.0
