hello today we hired a sit on lawnmower for the day from a garden centre and OH ran over a stone and broke a blade off. so we phoned to tell them and they said the guy would phone us back about coming to fix it 2 hours later someone phoned and said there is nothing we can do today everyone is busy we will pick it up in the morning and send the bill. so they have charged us for the whole day and the repairs, i dont have a problem with the repairs we broke it but its the £200 we paid for a whole day and only got 2 hours use from it, is this right. thank you in advance!

They probably are within their rights, see if you can negotiate a reduced rate for tomorrow to finish the job.0

what about insurance????It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
