Legal loophole - can I avoid my credit card debt?

section 93 of the 1800 consumer credit act states you must of been over 18 and your parent holding you hand, if not its invalid and should not be paidDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I've just had a call from 'moneysaving citizens advice debtline expert' saying I can have my mortgage written off if I don't have a golden retriever and 'beware of dog' sign on my porch.
They want £1000 upfront and state if I have a chocolate labrador they can sue the breeder for misselling.
I don't have a mortgage or porch, and my petite cat, although the right colour, doesn't look particularly canine, but they say it doesn't matter and the guy on the phone sounded trustworthy. It sounds totally genuine. They want a vial of my blood on a solid silver curblink chain plus direct access to my bank account for the next 24 hours. Should I do it?
What's the worst that could happen, I mean even if they raided my account, I can just sue my bank for refund because of me giving them my details, right?Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

The earth needs us for nothing.
The earth does not belong to us.

Turns out they are the wrong size. Can he insist on replacements?
What about s75? Or any other legislation?
