No bill from EDF
I've been with EDF for years and never had any issues with them up to this year.
I've not had an electric bill last one being 5th December 2010 to 4th March 2011, dispite giving an online reading on June 6th as requested and sending an email (no reply) end of july to ask where the bill is i've giving up trying to get thru by phone. We pay by DD so are in credit at the moment but our DD was set when we were on the V6 deal, as we are now on the V2 by my workings the DD has to be raised to cover the higher price altho im not sure by how much exactly, we are putting some money aside to avoid a catch up bill but its leaving me short in other areas when im not sure how much.
Is anybody else having the same issue?

I've been with EDF for several years and never had a problem(yet?) My parents though haven't had a bill for 6-7 months. They were moved onto one bill with the new 12 digit number which I believe is a 6 monthly billing period so their myaccount says £450 in credit. It's a bit of a mess to be honest.0

Have you looked under your account on the EDF web site to see is there is a copy of the bill stored there?0

I've had the same issue, no bill for 6 months. I phoned up to complain and was told that they have changed their billing computer system and that has caused some teething issues! I should be getting a bill shortly.....apparently....0

The Terms and Conditions (for FP 2014 anyway) only "promise" one bill a year. Not a particular problem if you are on a monthly direct debit tariff, you know your "typical" annual consumption and the monthly payment was accurately set.
Neither is "no bill" an excuse not to enter occasional customer reads. If the read merits a bill (and you don't get one), later resulting in an "unreasonable" catch-up bill, take them to town using the complaints procedure.
