There's loads!
Try Songbird or the venerable Winamp. Sorry, can't post links at the moment, but they're pretty easy to find if you google them.0 -

Good luck with it BTW, apple keeps changing the database format with every IOS revision to make it hard to use 3rd party software with them. Took me ages to find something suitable last time I had to do this. Ended up using something in linux to do the job I wanted.0
