GARDNER PARK, NORTH SHIELDS - freehold/leasehold

Hi all,

I have no idea which thread to put this in but will try here.

I purchased the freehold to my property but need to write to the original laseholders which used to be in Newcastle. They were called GALA UNITY. However, when I wrote with my query, the letter was returned as 'no longer at that address'.

Does anyone who lives in Gardner Park, North Shields, Tyne and Wear know where I can contact the land leasholders of the properties that have not purchased the freehold.

Thank you, and I hope you can help. I've tried to find out where Gala Unity is but have had no luck finding any info.

Can't help personally but it might be useful if you could say what address you wrote to that resulted in the letter being returned - which might assist others in helping.

I think it was Pilgrim House, Pilgrim St in Newcastle. Not at home at the minute so will check later.

Thanks, I've a feeling I sent an email here once before. The problem is that there's several companies with the name Gala in and they are for lots of different things - and nothing to do with the leasholds for Gardner Park. But thanks, I'll send an email anyway just in case I didn't write to these

Gala Unity Limited - Registered Address at companies house 29 Mosely Street, Newcastle. Principal Activity (on companies house) is "ground rent investment company". So pretty likely to be them I'd think.
If not there is also Gala Due Limited - same address and same Principal Activity description.
